Duncan is a seasoned practitioner with twenty years' experience in design leadership, project management and investor/operator relations.

Having acted as a client, consultant and builder, he has a well-rounded knowledge of the project life cycle. He has led construction and architecture firms in Australia, Shanghai and Dubai with Woods Bagot, RHK, Smith Madden and AlAbbar. Major skills include the procurement of service providers, master planning, design management, budget formulation, negotiation and construction management.

Commercial projects have been the focus of his career, spanning workplace, hospitality and retail. Duncan believes the confluence of these three areas is the future of the modern workplace, along with citywide urban development strategies. As a committee member of Corenet, he has been able to bring together the aspirations of the tenants, owners and providers to provide higher quality environments.

Duncan holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in accounting and commercial law from Bond University.
