The responsible entity of and issuer of units in the Watkins Bay Property Trust (“WBPT”) which is yet to be an Australian Registered Scheme and has does not have an Australian Financial Services Licence and therefore is not seeking external investment at this time. The WBPT Trustee as the responsible entity for the Trust has not issued a Product Disclosure Statement ("PDS").

The WBPT Trustee does not provide advice nor does it receive fees in respect of the general financial product information it provides. However, it will receive fees for operating the Trust, in accordance with the Trust’s Deed. Entities within the Watkins Bay Group may also receive fees for managing the assets of, and providing resources to, the Trust which are generally based on the value of the Trust’s assets. No detail will be provided of these arrangements at this time.
